SomVino is a lounge, a bar, a wine bar, and an à la carte restaurant all in one. It’s the place where coffee smells wonderful in the morning, salad bowls tempt you at lunchtime, aperitifs await you in the afternoon and, in the evening, the kitchen shows you what happens when Alpine cuisine meets Mediterranean cuisine. The SomVita gourmet breakfast

the perfect start to a good day

We serve the SomVita gourmet breakfast every day at SomVino – and yes, external guests are also welcome. Simply call and reserve a table.

Culinary delights at lunchtime, in the afternoon, and in the evening

Delicious breakfast (7.30 a.m. – 11 a.m.)
Cappuccino and more, warm bread, Alpine butter on croissants, apricot jam, creamy scrambled eggs with crispy bacon. That’s how a good day starts! The SomVita breakfast can also be booked by external guests.

Lunch (12 noon – 2 p.m.)
Salad bowls, light dishes, seasonal specials. For everyone who needs something good in between meals.

Lounge (2 p.m. – 6.30 p.m.)
Aperitivo atmosphere. A glass of wine, a small snack, the light softens and the afternoon is yours. The lounge menu is the perfect bridge between lunch and dinner.

Dinner (6.30 p.m. – 9 p.m.)
Things are getting serious now. In the best possible way. The evening cuisine combines the best of Alpine cuisine with cucina mediterranea. From the grill, from the pan, from the pot. Add a glass from our wine cellar and the evening has everything it needs.

Wines
Velvety wines, lively and invigorating etiquettes, from South Tyrolean classics to discoveries from all over the world. Our sommeliers will be happy to advise you on the right glass for your moment.

We like to say it often: SomVino is not a closed hotel restaurant club. If you want to dine out in Dorf Tirol and value a well-thought-out menu, a lively atmosphere, and a really good wine list, then reserve a table. You don’t need a hotel room, just your appetite.
